Dear LHS Students,
I want each of you to know that I consider it a privilege to be your principal. I consider myself your champion because I want to help and serve each of you to the absolute best of my ability. The faculty and staff at Lincolnton High School are on a mission to provide each of you with the best educational experience in what is a critical time in your young adult lives. We are here to support each of you academically, socially, and emotionally. As a faculty and staff our intent focus is on assisting each of you along your journey to become a graduate of Lincolnton High School and on a pathway to achieve your mission and goals.
As a school our number one priority is to consistently provide and maintain a safe learning environment on our campus. Our faculty and staff will support and implement policies, practices, and procedures to ensure that each student has the opportunity to learn at high levels. As your principal I seek your commitment, engagement, and presence as students of LHS. Along your journey each of you will face adversity at some juncture and when you do you will be resilient because as members of the Wolf Pack that’s who you are! Resiliency is the Power of the Pack!
As a member of the Wolf Pack you are part of a history of rich tradition that extends back for many years. This is an exciting time in your lives. Remember this school year will be what you make of it.You are destined for a great 2019-2020 school year. Each of you have a tremendous responsibility to yourselves and to your families to give maximum effort each day in everything that you do.
Excellence is not perfection but is the manner in which you perform or do something to the extent that you as an individual cannot possibly do it any better. Excellence is doing and giving your best when your best is required, which is each and every day! Go do what WOLVES do, and be relentless in your pursuit of EXCELLENCE.
